This Yin session will be focused on the Yama Ahimsa which means non-harm. The Yamas and Niyamas are part of the 8 limb yoga path.
Alpaca Yoga at open heart alpaca farm
Join me at Open Heart Alpaca Farm in Lewisberry, PA for an interactive fun event with the cutest Alpaca boys! Yoga is all levels and Rachelle will bring snacks to your mat for up close encounters with her Alpacas. 45 min of yoga and then 15 min for pictures and hanging out!

Join me for a restful experience where you will be warm, cozy and snuggled up while I guide you through a body scan and restful yoga nap in the community salt room. A salt treatment will be enjoyed during this session.

This Yin session will be focused on the Yama Ahimsa which means non-harm. The Yamas and Niyamas are part of the 8 limb yoga path.

Mobility Yoga in the Salt Room
Mobility yoga is an all levels accessible yoga where we focus on mobility in the body in a gentle way. We do not go up and down in this class. We do gentle flows on the mat while keeping resistance in the body and gently stretching to help increase mobility under very light tension.

Yoga will be focused on accessibility with a little challenge here and there. We are following along with the book “The Untethered Soul” by Michael Singer for this retreat.
