Enjoy Sound Meditation from the cocoon of our silk aerial hammocks. I will guide you into your hammock which will hover just above the floor at knee height so if you want to keep your feet on the ground you can. You can use a bolster, blanket, eye mask, sand bag or whatever you bring to cozy up in the hammock for your Sound session. We have everything you need at the studio. This session will be themed on the Fall Equinox and releasing what no longer serves our highest SELF.
