Reiki energy healing

Reiki Energy Healing session with Steph consists of some beginning discussion of your intentions or needs. Reiki Healing Energy goes where it's intended. You rest comfortably on a massage table and with permission, hands are placed on different energy centers on the body. If you prefer no contact, hands can also be hovered over the body instead. Steph prides herself in holding safe, non-judgmental space for all of her clients. She will put you at ease and help you to relax. Your trust in her and intentions for the session can go a long way in healing stuck or blocked energy. These sessions are normally individual but group/couple sessions can be arranged too. They can take place at Your Yoga studio or 1881 Salt Sanctuary.

Sound Healing Meditation

Sound Healing Meditation with Steph can be individual or group based. Individual sessions are usually enjoyed while you rest on a massage table surrounded by instruments that Steph intuitively plays to help you rest and relax. Sound Meditation can help to occupy the busy mind which can help bring the body ease. It can be like a vibrational massage for your nervous system and bring things back into balance. Private sound healings can be done just about anywhere-studio, salt room, office, school, outdoors.

Some examples of private event services that Stephanie has completed in the past have been for wedding parties the day before the event, work team building events, corporate conferences, woman’s wellness weekend at an air BNB, small business networking events, private group yoga and sound healing at a residence and many more. The possibilities are really endless! I have all yoga supplies for a group of 12 and can get more if needed and I can travel with all of my instruments with sound healing.
