Get to know me

Stephanie is a 200hr Certified Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has been a yoga student for 12 years and teaching for over 9. Stephanie is also a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Level I Reiki Practitioner, On The Move ™ certified and USAW Weightlifting Level I coach too.
