Yoga Retreat - Castaways Villa - Jamaica!

All rooms are double occupancy. $1k per person and $1.2k for a single person occupying a double room. There are 16 rooms total on the villa (check out the website I've linked below). $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. The full payment will be due 90 days out from the retreat start date and will include: Full use of the private villa of Castaways on 1.5 acres with a beautiful view of the ocean from the rooftop deck/pool area, 7 nights stay on the villa, 3 daily, healthy and tasty meals using local and seasonal produce when possible, all drinks (including alcohol if you drink), transportation to and from the airport, 6 person golf cart for guest use to and from the beach and other local spots, 5 days of yoga and sound healing (mobility flow in the AM and yin/restorative in the evening - all of this is optional to participate in) we will also go over the book titled "The 4 Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz and incorporate these philosophies into our yoga sessions, we will set aside 2 days (Thursday and Saturday) for day long excursions organized by the co-host of this retreat or you can just relax and do your own thing these days (no yoga or sound). Excursions, airfaire, tipping of staff/drivers, spending $ for local treasures are NOT included in this price above. This is to help keep fees to a minimum or not incur them at all and I appreciate your understanding of this. I will not reserve a spot/room until the $200 deposit is received. Right now, Southwest has direct flights from BWI approx~ $600-$650 and up non-stop round trip. We should try our best to coordinate our timing at the airport for ease of transporation to and from the resort which again IS included in the above price. The resort is beautiful and was built by the co-host and his father who are local to York. It is fully staff with amazing humans and our hope is if this goes well, that many of us return here again and we do an annual retreat or more!
