Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing - 2/10/23

Restorative Yoga - long held, gentle, grounding postures that are supported with bolsters, blankets and blocks. I will lead you through a minimal prop restorative class and while you are in your comfy pose, I will fill the room with soothing sounds to help enhance your state of restoration.
