Restorative Yoga in the Salt Room
Restorative yoga is a relaxing, grounding yoga practice with the use of supportive comfy props such as bolster, blankets and blocks. We will focus on our breath and sensations in the body while reaping the benefits of the dry halo (salt) therapy into our respiratory and skin systems. Rest & Reset!

About the event
BYOMat - I'll have some extras in case. I'll provide all the props you need for this practice. As long as you can be on the ground and occasionally change position, this practice is accessible to you! This class takes place in the community salt room and you are in the loose salt.
