Mobility Yoga in the Salt Room

Mobility yoga is where we focus on keeping strength and mobility in the joints. We move mindfully and with self-guided resistance-think like moving through water. We do not go up to standing and back down in this class. We remain on the mat so this is a very accessible practice.
