Join Olivia and I as we adventure for the first time together out of the country to beautiful Jamaica! We will stay at the all-inclusive resort of Castaways Villa in Duncans Bay Jamaica. Daily yoga will be focused around mindfulness and fun partner poses and games. See below for more details!

About the event
All rooms are double occupancy. $700 per minor (under 18) in a shared room, $900 per adult (+18) in a shared room and $1k for a single person (adult) occupying a double room. There are 15 rooms on the villa with queen beds and a private bath (check out the website I've linked below). $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot which is built into the total price above. The full/final payment will be due 30 days out from the retreat start date (so by June 28th) and will include: Full use of the private villa of Castaways on 1.5 acres with a beautiful view of lush green landscape and the view of the ocean from the rooftop deck/pool area, large pool on main level with volleyball net, indoor and outdoor game areas (billiards, foosball, bocce ball, corn hole, dominoes) 6 nights stay on the villa, 3 daily…
