Heather and I invite you to take a pause after holiday activities for a rejuvenating surround sound experience and manifest intentions for the New Year. We will gather at Pheasant Run Greenhouse for a unique sound experience amongst the crackling fireplace in the rustic barn.

About the event
Breath deep the fresh air and allow your nervous system to be lulled to peace as you sit or lie down and receive the sounds. Bring along any cozy items including a yoga mat, camping pad, pillows, blankets, eye masks and anything else you may need for comfort. We will have some extra to share.
