Glow Yoga in the Greenhouse
Join Aeriel and I in a fun, dance-like yoga flow, surrounded by plants and blacklights and a fun playlist in the greenhouse. Wear comfortable blacklight enhancing clothing (white or neon colors). Glow body paint and accessories will be provided for you and an area with a mirror for application.

About the event
Glow and yoga in the greenhouse! Greenhouse will be heated and lit up with blacklights. Glow accessories and body paint will be provided. Yoga mats will also be provided! This is going to be a fun dance-like flow with some booty shakin thrown in! No yoga experience is necessary - this is an all levels event - we will speak to modifications and for you to listen to your body. We will end with some sound healing in shivasana to relax you after some Hype and fun!
